1. Production & Dispatch Time

Because each item is printed specifically for you, there is a production lead time before your order is handed over to the courier.

  • Standard Items: Usually dispatched within 3–5 business days.

  • Bespoke Artwork Keepsakes: Once your child's artwork is approved, please allow 5–7 business days for our meticulous transformation and printing process.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer free shipping across the UK.

Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Transit Time.

3. Local Focus (Aberdeen)

While we are proudly based in Aberdeen, all orders are currently shipped via our professional print partners to ensure the highest quality finish and consistent delivery speeds across the UK.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Teeternity is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
